早幾天跟朋友吃飯,當時我還沒有看完這本書。睿智的朋友已經把這本書的結論講了出來。作者說不久的世界即將會是人人都是freelancer 的時代。科技已經可以把人直接連結起來。例如,某些顧問工作可以直接透過特定的apps找到專家,不需要再有龐大的組織機構去統籌。又例如, Ulber的出現,打破了的士行業的壟斷。固有員工穩穩陣陣打份工的思維需要改變,你親自銷售自己的產品/知識/勞動力,需要承擔當『老闆』的風險,而社會的 middle man 會由以前傳統的組織機構變成科技公司。
