People in Downtown Abbey are good in nature. Very few are evils. They may have disputes but usually won't be rude to others. Even some may slip cross words out of tongue in certain circumstances, they make immediate apologies afterwards.
The landlord and his family who is rich and powerful, has never abuse their power.
